e30 Trunk Badge Placement

 If you have removed your trunk badges and want to make sure you reinstall them in the correct position use the measurements above.

I have a 325i so I placed tape on the trunk as a guide using these measurements.

From the end of the '5' to the edge of the trunk on the side: 62mm

From the bottom of the trunk up to the bottom of the badge: 19mm

From the '5' to the 'i': 18mm

I used this double sided foam tape and has held great.

e30 Side Moulding Attachment Parts

 

These are the clips you will need to attach the side moulding to your e30.

1A: 51121867907 straight plug, just pop it in or out

1B: 51121867907 as above

2: 51131876128 angled slide clip

If a bulb is not listed here and it's one of the tiny lamps, it's most likely
